Health Care Payer Growth Operations Specialist (analytics focus), Remote

As a Specialist, Payer Growth at Aledade, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Payer contract strategies. This highly analytical position offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with a dynamic, cross-functional team that values diverse perspectives. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from our Bethesda, MD office.
Primary Duties:Provide reporting and analytics for the Payer Strategy, Performance, Market P/L, and Payer Growth operations teams.Creation of reporting and analysis for determining market share/white space in support of contract negotiationsAnalytics to support the monthly strategy meetings with PayersReporting on Payer contract status and pipelineWork with the Payer Growth team in the execution of go to market strategies.Accountable for managing product eligibility in Salesforce.com (from Monday.com)Evaluating and updating key Payer Product information in Salesforce.comEstablish reporting on campaign performance, drawing evidence-based insights and recommendationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Value-based care, Analytics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Health Admin or a related degree5+ years combined experience in any of the following: data analytics, marketing operations, reporting, value-based carePreferred KSA':Direct, relevant work experience in Payer Contract/ Product Marketing reporting and analytics strongly preferredStrong analytics and database skillsExcellent skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Experience working with healthcare payersExperience reporting and extracting data from Salesforce.comExperience in pulling data from a data warehouse like SnowflakeExperience using Monday.comProven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate well with other stakeholdersAdvanced communication and writing skills; ability to leverage data to tell storiesSelf starter and deference to action; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with, at times, minimal direct supervision$75,000 - $85,000 a yearSalary Range: $75,000-$85,000 base + bonus + equityCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.Who We Are:Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
