As the Health Economics and Market Access Manager, reporting into the Head of Market Access for Finland, you will maximise value for GSK by achieving and maintaining timely, optimal access and pricing for GSK innovation and portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the strategy for new product launches as a member of the local launch teams and in collaboration with EU Market Access colleagues. In this role you will… Take ownership and responsibility of developing and localising health economic models and /or reimbursement submissions to obtain and maintain optimal access and pricing Coordinate and drive health economic projects internally and with external vendors Create and implement innovative market access strategies and proactively identify pricing opportunities for launch brands and products on the market Work on Real World Evidence studies with our GSK Value Evidence and medical teams Be the Market Access representative in our local launch teams and single point of contact for the business head and EU Market Access colleagues. Increase health economics knowledge of internal and external stakeholders Build productive relationships with key external stakeholders and authorities to help to bring our innovative assets to market and addressing the medical unmet needs to be successful in future launches Track competitive insights and national health care trends, as well as join our medical advisors at advisory boards. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: Academic degree in health economics, pharmacy, business administration or other life sciences, or equivalent experience Proven experience in localising and creating health economic models and tools 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Proven record in project management work Fluency in Finnish and English, speaking and writing Preferred: Strong background in Market Access processes in Finland Experienced and excited to work in a cross-functional team Skilled communicator and with a strong business acumen International work experience Application close date: 11th December Why GSK?
