Your Everyday
Develop and implement fitness programs, classes, and activities for members to meet member needs Identify and implement improvement processes utilizing Accelerated Improvement Process (AIP) and/or Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA). Demonstrate competence and knowledge in the assessment, treatment, care of adults, particularly older adults and geriatric adults. Develop and implement lectures and other educational experiences related to wellness topics. Demonstrate responsibility for containment of costs and conservation of supplies and equipment. Perform assessments by instructing members on proper techniques utilizing the individualized exercise prescription.
