Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Benefit Education: Educate clients on their benefits, ensuring they understand their coverage and options.
Delegate Incoming Requests: Direct incoming client requests to the appropriate service associate for prompt handling.
Claim Resolution: Handle and resolve claims efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
Claim Submission: Assist clients with the submission of claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prior-Authorizations: Manage and facilitate prior-authorization requests.
Appeals: Guide clients through the appeals process, offering expert advice and assistance.
Manage High-Level Issues: Address and resolve complex benefit issues, system corrections, and other high-level matters.
ACA Reporting: Oversee ACA reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage & Supervise Team Members: Review cases, provide education, and support to team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
5-years of related experience, specifically in employee benefits.
Strong customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage and supervise a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
In-depth knowledge of claims processes, prior-authorizations, and ACA reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
