As the Health Insurance Claims Adjuster, you'll review previously processed claims and make adjustments after investigating issues or errors.
Research and review assigned claims by navigating multiple platforms capturing the data/information necessary for processing.Communicate regarding adjustments to resolve claims errors.Complete necessary adjustments to claims and ensure the proper benefits are applied to each claim by using appropriate processes and procedures.Read and assess applicable medical documents.Process and adjudicate medical claims.Communicate information with a broad audience to support applicable procedures.Strong knowledge of health claim insurance. Strong knowledge of FACETS.Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences
