Work you’ll do 

Apply proprietary tools, technology, and software to assess the impact of policy on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change. Research and identify existing policy issues, trends and opportunities for the development of new policies.Develop and implement policy initiatives that align with organizational objectives and strategies.Conduct policy reviews and provide feedback on current policy initiatives.Analyze policies to identify strengths and weaknesses.Conduct research to provide evidence-based recommendations for policy improvementsDevelop and execute communication plans leveraging creative, engaging mediums and platforms Define and execute activities to support change and transition initiatives. Contribute to practice development initiatives including business development, culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.Provide informal coaching and/or mentoring of team members.

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications 

Required: 

Bachelor’s degreeActive Secret clearance2+ years of professional work experience in policy writing and/or administration1+ years of experience in policy development for clients in the government and/or public sector1+ years of experience creating instructional guides, memos, concept of operations, and concept of support documents, among othersMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.Ability to travel up to 50-75% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred: 

2+ years of experience in federal or public sector policy writing1+ years of experience developing policy related to medical health institutions1+ years of experience developing policy to impact logistic planning

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
