HSE manager you are part of the Plant Leadership Team.

Work alongside our Manufacturing Appetizers HSE director to prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policies.Carry out daily site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.Manage records and following up on all outstanding actions to satisfy both internal and external auditing bodies (including the labour and environmental authorities)Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, machine operation and isolation, occupational diseases.Organising, and completing minutes for site H,S &E Pillar meetings.Using the sites leading indicator safety scorecard as a tool to demonstrate continuous improvement.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.

Knowledge of ISO 14001, HACCP and DuPont Safety methodology
