ABOUT THE JOB

Conduct in-person safety and security audits across TUI Hotels & Resorts in your defined regionSupport new build developments and refurbishments, ensuring adherence to TUI StandardsProvide comprehensive written reports for hoteliers and senior leadership teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to implement practical and proportionate control measuresDevelop and deliver training programs to hotel teams in their local languageConduct incident investigations and provide risk mitigation recommendations

ABOUT YOU

Formal qualification(s) in safety/security risk management with an understanding of ISO31000Formal training as an auditor (desirable)Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and the travel/tourism industryFluency in spoken and written English and Croatian. Flucency in Italian will be an advantageWillingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationallyValid driving license in your country of residence
