Metallus Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full Time – Summer 2025

Support corporate and plant-level projects associated with health and safety

Assisting with personal protective equipment standardization

Supporting health and safety program development

Working with the performance of assessments, audits, analysis of HS-related data, and preparation of reports

 

Internship Qualifications:

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2025 semester

Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university

Preferred majors: Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, or related

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Fundamental knowledge of OHSA regulations, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene
