✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Compliance Coordinator/Trainer at Silver Oak Academy in Keymar, Maryland✨ 

Silver Oak Academy is located on a scenic 78-acre campus surrounded by sprawling corn fields, beautiful woods full of local wildlife and foliage, a football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room, a fully equipped weight room & more), a Tech Center, student housing for 96 youth, and an academic building all just a short commute from Frederick, Baltimore & DC. On site dormitories are available for staff use during their shift and overnight for those with a long commute, or limited transportation.

Pay: $90k-$100k

What you will do:

The HSA is a primary member of the Site Management Team and is responsible for the direction, direct service, and supervision of the facility medical department and functioning. The HSA ensures that the facility is compliant with all contracts, ACA standards and licensing requirements related to medical-related treatment. Monitors, evaluates, and determines appropriate levels of care; assures the delivery of essential care needs and quality of service provided; provides consultation services to assist in adhering to stands; does related work as required. Has managerial responsibility (both administrative and clinical) for the medical unit. Administers and coordinates all medical/dental/psychiatric service.

Schedule will Monday- Friday, daytime hours, 8 hour shift. 

To be considered you should:

A minimum of two years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs.

Bachelors Degree in related health care field.  Posess a current Nursing License for the state of Maryland.  Have a desire to work with youth. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
