Float pool RNs needed school health suite nursing team
Will work in health suite assigned by the district, typically receive a primary location but would be expected to attend the school scheduled as deemed necessary by the Nurse managersNurse supervisors and managers available by phone any time assistance is needed for student situations at school
Hours vary depending on ES/MS/HS – ranging from 7a-4:30p timeframes for a typical 35-37.5 hours
Interviews are IN PERSON,
most schools have two nurses on site, but some could have one nurse at times depending on school population and availability of staff. but the nurse leaders will make sure anything needed is addressed, and will come to the school to help if necessary

The School Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of student/client care and/or contracted services in a schoolsetting. The School Nurse may also be in a supervisory position within the contractedservices. The School Nurse provides services in accordance with Amergis Healthcare’s philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.
Minimum Requirements:
