Customer Project Manager:
In this role you will be responsible for the effective execution of the Order Realization Process (ORP) and active Involvement in Order Acquisition Process (OAP). The Customer Project Manager is overall responsible for delivering projects within DI-IGT businesses on time, on budget and to required standard.
Your role:
Support Order Acquisition Process (OAP) - Site planning
Order Realization Process (ORP) - Installation Project
Be the main interface during the project towards the customerCreate project and milestone date /planning in project management tool (PSA)Ensure that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executedWeekly review installation project plan with all stakeholdersManage issues according escalation processManage risks and ensure that the project stays within budget and on-timeOrganize the execution of the actual installation and required user trainingEnsure Customer Acceptance (and signed handover document).Escalate deviations from plan / budget to Supply Chain ManagementAble to support full-multi modality projectsYou're the right fit if you have:
Education and Certifications
Master or bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of related experience and educationProject management experience; CAPM or PMP certification preferred.Professional Experience
At least 2 years of experience in equipment installation projects (B2B) in the Healthcare Industry.Proven track of leading project implementations or team coordination of both internal and external resources.Technical Knowledge
Expertise in site preparation and planning for various modalities, including knowledge of product specifications and room requirements (e.g., supporting clinical workflows).Understanding of supply chain processes.Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and customer interaction skills (both phone and face-to-face).Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, and other Windows-based applications.Fluent in English (verbal and written), plus the local language.Personal Qualities
Tenacity and resourcefulness in assessing and resolving problems.How we work together
his is a field role and we expect it will be formed mostly at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
We are looking for candidates based in Puglia. The geographical scope will be in the South district with main focus in Puglia, Basilicata and Molise.
