We are seeking a self-motivated and confident person who is able to support in the delivery of Injurynet's workplace medical onsite service programs for our clients.
In this role you will be working in a fast paced, professional environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
About the role
Assist in Conducting occupational health screening assessments such as, but not limited to physical functional assessments, drug & alcohol screening, spirometry & audiometry testing.Managing enquiries and resolving issues from employees, clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issuesLiaising and maintaining relationships with clients, managers, employees/candidates, practice managers, medical and allied healthcare professionalsOrdering and maintenance of health equipment and suppliesManaging Doctor booking schedulesAdministrative duties associated with tracking and collating candidate medical reports, vaccination history and assessment.About you
Builds respective and collaborative relationships with internal and external customersA strong communicator, both verbally and writtenA multi-tasker, with great time management skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situationsSelf-motivated, adaptable and flexibleA team player who can also work autonomouslyExperience in working in health related field with direct patient/customer contact or hold an Allied Health Certificate highly regardedHold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtainNext steps - Apply now!
