Job Description
The Health Technology Assessment Manager analyzes, customizes and transforms pharmacoeconomic data into simple compelling messages for payers and regulators and cooperates on preparation of HTA strategies and P&R dossier. HTA Manager is office-based role in Bratislava.
Main Responsibilities:
+ Understand HTA assessment and know legislation related to price and reimbursement process;
+ Customize clinical data into compelling messages in the format required by state authorities, participate on negotiations with state authority and payers;
+ In cooperation with external vendors is able to localize pharmacoeconomic models;
+ Provide training in analysis, access tools, evidence to brand team members;
+ Cooperate with Global HTA community on preparation of CEA and BIA models;
+ Monitor competitive situation and anticipate risks and opportunities for Market access;
+ Lead preparation of P&R submissions;
+ Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to engage in partnerships with stakeholders;
+ Operate within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ University degree, biological sciences, pharmacy or business-related field;
+ 4+ years working in market access or MoH or health insurance company and ability to interpret scientific and pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance to stakeholders are a must; and 3 years of HTA modelling experience, working with localization of pharmacoeconomic models and knowledge of pharmacoeconomic principles are strongly preferred;
+ Understand of Slovak healthcare system and policy, strategic and innovative thinking, results oriented;
+ Exceptional PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
+ Ability to work in cross-functional teams, confidential and trustworthy;
+ Communicate effectively in the Slovak and English languages.
