Health Transformation Collaborative Liaison

We are seeking a talented individual to join our MercerWell team at Mercer. This role will be based in a city where there is a Mercer office location. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a tremendous opportunity to join our dynamic and growing MercerWell group, which is part of our Health & Benefits line of business. In this role, you will serve on a team of experts supporting health and well-being projects, typically with our more sophisticated and complex clients with 5,000+ employees. You will support and work with broader Mercer Client teams to execute client engagements, which include marketplace overviews, procuring, developing and implementing solutions, managing solutions, and data analytics for monitoring the impact of solutions.

We will count on you:

Client Relationship Management: Oversee day-to-day interactions with clients and their consulting teams, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.Onboarding and Implementation: Conduct kick-off calls and manage the implementation of solutions for newly onboarded clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration.Contract Management: Oversee the Statement of Work (SOW) and amendment processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.Manage Annual Client Management Cadence: Develop and maintain a structured annual engagement plan that includes stewardship activities, strategic planning sessions, ongoing solution reviews, and year-end evaluations. Implement processes that enhance visibility to clients and client teams and are delivered efficiently.Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports, collaborating with financial team and client teams to provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.Solution Expansion: Contribute as a member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy to identify opportunities for expanding solution offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.Provide financial, contract and/or administrative analysis, and manage portions of projects, including ad-hoc client requests for problem-solving on administrative and operations issues.Demonstrate project management skills and manage the quality and timeliness of deliverables, delegating to and reviewing project work of more junior colleagues.Vendor Relationship Management: Support day-to-day interactions with assigned vendor partners, ensuring strong relationship between HTC and vendor partner.Other: Support other day-to-day work including facilitating client-facing workgroups, running RFPs and synthesizing information, scheduling and coordinating HTC Exclusive Client Sessions, and facilitating components of oversight like vendor assessments. 

What you need to have:

BA/BSMinimum 3 years of experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to employers' complex population health management challenges.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.Superior analytical, strategic planning, oral and written communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).Required to obtain and maintain appropriate licenses as required by state regulations and Mercer policies.
