More about your role

You will focus on the holistic wellbeing of Brio Retirement Living residents and staff, with an emphasis on physical and mental health, reducing loneliness, and enhancing social and community engagement. This initiative will integrate wellness into daily life across all three Brio sites while promoting Brio's commitment to healthy and thriving communities.

The Brio sites are located in the Cotswolds, Sutton and Aberdeen, and travel to each of the sites will be required approximately once a month to deliver wellness programmes in person.

More about you

The Health & Wellbeing Manager will also be responsible for organising staff wellness events and building relationships with local health and wellness providers to ensure support for both residents and staff. This will include applying for grants and funding to enhance wellness programs and organizing national awareness events.

You will be a strong communicator who is comfortable helping to deliver change, someone who has a track record in influencing others, at all levels, to help deliver strategic goals. In addition you will need to demonstrate where you have balanced both practical and commercial considerations when delivering change.

 Essential Criteria: 

Previous experience in personal training, fitness coaching, health and wellness programming, particularly with older adults or in retirement community settings Qualified in Fitness/Wellness  Experience developing Wellness Programs  Nutrition Planning  Sales and Marketing liaisons
