Job Title – Healthcare Assistant – Theatre experience

Location – Melksham

Hours of work – Part-time 24 hrs per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant, with experience of working in an operating theatre, to join our team in Melksham.

As part of joining, we will also support with your continuous development offering internal training to enhance your skills and services offered.

All sk:n clinics are registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, ensuring exacting clinical standards and peace of mind for our clients.

Duties:

Prep theatre to be ready for minor operations Assist doctor during procedures Prepare histology log with the doctor Clean down theatre and equipment at the end of the day Carry out stock check of clinical consumables Help with any Administration as required

Essential Skills:

Previous experience within an operating theatre Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information Adaptable with a flexible approach to work Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks A confident and professional individual who has fantastic organisational skills Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and discretion
