Perform the duties as patient service desk. Identify the needs of the patients thru communication and providing customer service. Promote positive patient relations and service which includes accepting or providing forms and updating health records Keep member actively engaged with their primary physician Support the member to ensure pick-up of their prescription Proactively engage the member to manage their care and support transitions of care
