This position requires in-depth healthcare/clinical business knowledge. Qualifications Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree In a healthcare/clinical field, required. Experience: Minimum five years of clinical experience in a Payor, Acute, or Ambulatory care environment e.g.: Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, required. Additional Skills Required: Detailed knowledge of clinical information and processes. Ability to translate clinical data and information to a technical team. Detailed knowledge of healthcare regulatory mandates and reporting requirements. Detailed knowledge of operations in the health care industry and a strong understanding of business processes. Ability to work with teams and direct an organized work effort. Competent to work on complex analysis assignments. Ability to work under deadlines and heavy workloads. Skill and ability across multiple business intelligence tool sets (e.g. SAS, IBM, and Microsoft). Ability to work with all levels of healthcare personnel from senior leadership to entry level personnel across the enterprise. Ability to take part in development of strategies and interventions to affect cost and quality. Ability to identify trends and produce forecasts. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven ability to initiate and develop productive collaborative partnerships.
