The Healthcare Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and market penetration of Zebra Technologies’ Barcode Supplies portfolio within the healthcare sector across Latin America. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base for barcode supplies and related solutions in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies.


Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Market Expansion:Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Supplies portfolio in the healthcare industry.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, labs, and medical suppliers.Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.Strategic Partnerships & Customer Engagement:Establish relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.Collaborate with medical technology providers to integrate barcode and Wristband solutions into healthcare workflows.Provide consultative sales support and present tailored solutions to clients.Product & Solution Advocacy:Educate clients on the benefits of Healthcare-based barcode solutions for tracking medical supplies, patient records, and pharmaceuticals; as well as PPID.Work closely with the product and engineering teams to align offerings with healthcare industry needs.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:Monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities in Latin America.Provide feedback to internal teams to refine products and sales strategies.
Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent preferred

 

Minimum Work Experience (years):

• 0-2 years of applicable work experience

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Uses moderate domain / solutions knowledge
• Able to apply Solution Selling concepts to customer situations
• Requires basic technical product knowledge
• Understands Solution Selling concepts and overcomes customer objections
• Solid communication skills
• Understand when and from whom to obtain guidance
