Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our healthcare team and oversee the construction and renovation of healthcare centers. This position will involve managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and scheduling of subcontractors and vendors to budgeting and quality assurance to ensure timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, oversee, and coordinate the construction and renovation of healthcare centers according to established standards and regulations Ensure project is completed on time and within budget Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and AHCA to ensure compliance with regulations Monitor quality assurance measures and resolve any issues that arise Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and problem solving Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates and progress

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field 5+ years’ experience in construction and renovation of healthcare centers Proven experience in project management and budgeting Knowledge of AHCA regulations and industry standards Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits
