Healthcare Data Analyst - Remote

Cognizant is a large IT Consulting Firm that leverages modern technologies to improve a variety of businesses. We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with at least 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ANSI SQL UiPath and Claims Adjudication along with domain experience in Provider and Payer claims. This remote role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects to success and contribute to our company's mission of improving healthcare services. This is a 100% remote role in the US.

Role Responsibilities

Lead the team in developing and implementing solutions using ANSI SQL and UiPath to streamline processes. Oversee the claims adjudication process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide guidance and support to team members on technical and domain-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any challenges. Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and solutions Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide updates. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Contribute to the company's mission by improving healthcare services through innovative solutions.

Desired Qualifications

A High School diploma is required, Bachelor's degree is prefferred At least 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst using SQL Strong technical skills in ANSI SQL and UiPath. Extensive experience in claims adjudication processes. Demonstrate domain expertise in both Provider and Payer sectors. Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills. Show proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Display effective communication and interpersonal skills. Be adaptable to a remote work model and manage tasks efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Show dedication to improving healthcare services and making a positive impact on society.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until December 31st, 2024

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $67,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
