**Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Provide support for the Hospital Organizations performance improvement work groups.
+ Monitor costs and revenue trends for Hospital Organizations and assist in understanding trends
+ Understand and analyze impacts of new program changes.
+ Responsible for creating, modifying, and updating analysis for Hospital Provider Organizations.
+ Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from Network Management, Provider Organizations and physician groups. The requests include, but are not limited to, claims reports, Primary Care Physician Excess Medical Revenue (EMR) reports, and regulatory reports.
+ Responsible for monitoring financial performance and risk model analytics.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
+ Self-motivated, creative problem solver who can work independently and collaborate through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to quickly learn the healthcare business model for adhoc reporting requests.
+ **Good analytical skills to support various Healthcare reporting requirements.**
+ **Good knowledge in SQL, Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas) and any data visualization tools like Tableau/ PowerBI.**
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Current or previous knowledge with analyzing medical cost and utilization trends
+ Current or previous work experience with a Health insurance company
+ Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs
+ Project management experience and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Location Requirements:** Hybrid, NY (3 days/ week in office)
