As the Healthcare & Workflow Consultant, you will be required to have a deep understanding and experience with laboratory workflow in the Healthcare industry. You are required to identify, develop and deliver on Healthcare Consulting projects for key internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of driving the transformation of Healthcare systems in the Indonesia market.
In this position, you will play a key role in shaping and enabling the RDID strategy, and contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision. You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.
The Opportunity
Understand competitive environment, market needs and develop a strategy to position Roche consulting services as key differentiator.
Deliver consultancy services to the customers by providing the brief, reviewing the draft or drafting proposals and providing input. Be well versed with Roche Systems, Automations (pre and post analytics), IT Solutions and Workflow tools.
Conduct workflow studies and presentations to customers as well as consulting workshops for customers. Resolve complex customer problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and facilitate implementation of solutions.
Project management to jointly deliver on Roche solutions as committed to customers, with other internal team members (e.g. Commercial sales team, Marketing, Application specialists and Field Service Engineer).
Create a shared vision with the customer team by supporting them with change management & implementation. Create mutually beneficial business partnerships with customers by identifying, researching, analyzing and making recommendations and negotiating strategic alliances.
Drive new business by identifying, analyzing and comparing alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new consulting services.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and strategic partners.
Who you are
You should hold at least a Bachelor of degree ( Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical or any related to Lab medicine) with at least 4 years' experience in IVD industry
You should be good in both written and communication in English to manage relevant stakeholders.
You should understands Automation system concept, Routine Lab processes, Lean concept, Project management , IT and data management
You should have strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills along with the ability to negotiate and move the issue to closure as well as detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask
You should have excellent influencing, networking and presentation skills with entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen together with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive for results
