The Position

This role will suit someone whose passion is to create personalized, meaningful content that engages and empowers healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality digital content tailored to healthcare and medical audiences.

This role bridges the gap between technical medical expertise and consumer-friendly communication, ensuring our digital platforms deliver value, foster trust, and enhance engagement.

You will be part of the Customer Experience and Omnichannel engagement Team.

Career Opportunities and Challenges

Take the lead to develop, edit and prepare personalized, high-impact content for distribution across diverse platforms e.g.  email campaigns, newsletters, websites, social media, blogs etc.

Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, access and policy teams to develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience needs

Focus on Neuroscience and Ophthalmology therapeutic area (TA), aiming to drive engagement and create value through personalized and relevant content in line with the TA goals

Design content by ensuring its accuracy, high-quality, and consistent in style, even when managing contributions from other functions

Stay updated on the latest healthcare trends, medical advancements, and digital content best practices to ensure relevance and credibility

Plan, coordinate, and maintain a detailed content calendar, collaborating with team members and external stakeholders

Act as the central point for content production and localization, ensuring materials meet medical and regulatory guidelines and are tailored for local needs

Monitor content performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and adjust strategies accordingly

Who You Are

University degree in Medicine,  Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related healthcare field

Local language at native level and English language at proficient level

Affinity for medical writing or healthcare content creation

Strong project management and organizational skills

Analytical thinking to measure and improve content performance

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Creativity to craft compelling, engaging and scientifically accurate content that resonates with Healthcare Professionals

Understanding of healthcare professionals' needs and tailoring content accordingly

Familiarity with regulatory standards 

Willingness to learn and develop proficiency with various tools and content management systems

This is a contractor position. Your employer will be a third-party supplier, in service for Roche.
