We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Analyst (RCM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and performance. You will also contribute to the development and enhancement of self-service tools and dashboards for operational data analysis, supporting various business functions and stakeholders.

Work closely with our RCM leadership team to identify key success metrics to drive growth along with customer retention.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and provide ongoing reports. Contribute to implementing strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data analysis processes, such as databases, data visualization tools, and data collection systems Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
