Healthcare Operations Customer Service Assistant (Tuas)

Job Description:

The candidate will be key point of contact for our customers to fulfil orders as well as to liaise with the warehouse to ensure that shipments are processed timely and accurately. All candidates will be analytical and customer service-oriented.

Job Responsibilities

Will be required to support the achievement of meeting customers’ KPI by providing high quality customer service. Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders e.g. clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices/facilities is essential

Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and to process orders

Order creation and customer account management in SAP/WMS

Backorder and returns management

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met:

Receiving: ensure all documentation is verified and processed appropriately, in an accurate and efficient manner, while respecting all QA or legal liability requirements;

Order Processing: ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner and according to the client’s specific requirements;

Shipping: To coordinate with internal and external stake holders to ensure all shipping documents are provided accurately and timely

Complaints and returns management

Adjustments: ensure inventory integrity by processing authorized inventory adjustments

Process all documentation associated with the movement of our clients inventory into and out of the facility according to client requirements, and in an accurate and timely manner

Perform clerical duties such as filing and reporting

Other duties as assigned to you from time to time by the company.

Observe and comply with standard operating procedures & health & safety guidelines

Job Requirements

Possess 3-4 years of Contract Logistics/3PL/Healthcare industry experience and/or 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience

Possess excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills

Require strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines

Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required.

Proficient in computer usage, working knowledge of WMS or SAP and MS Office.

Possess working knowledge of order entry systems and warehouse management systems
