As a Healthcare Pre-sales specialist, you will play an integral role in developing our healthcare offerings and in our business development efforts by supporting our Sales Executives with facilitating sales, project scoping, solution outlines and solution demonstrations during the sales cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Theme Based Solution Design: Providing our prospects or clients with a compelling vision of the solutionClient/Prospect Presentations: Understand project scope and present targeted solution demonstrationsCross Collaboration: Work in conjunction with Solutions, Project teams and sales toward a shared goal of successful sale and project kick-offScoping: Working with our prospects or clients to understand the business requirement and pain points.Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops through to workflow analysis.Define clear functional and non-functional business requirements that can be used by delivery teams for technical designs, estimations, and proposal/RFP responses.This position will help develop a successful sales strategy to differentiate Persistent Healthcare solutions technically, in existing accounts and new accounts. You are involved in a variety of activities based on understanding the market as well as customer’s goals and workflows, and provide recommendations to them on how Persistent offerings can help them deliver more effective and efficient patient care.Good knowledge of healthcare industry needs for care management and other clinical support applications for value based care
Profile
· 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
· Experience working in health systems in direct clinical care, clinical support roles or clinical applications support roles preferable
· Strong technical aptitude is mandatory.
· Experience with care management or other clinical applications, integrations etc. preferably but not necessarily using Salesforce platform
· Prior pre-sales experience and experience developing healthcare solutions will be a plus
· Ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid documentation skills
· Results-oriented approach, high energy, balanced with a “take charge” attitude with teamwork and collaboration
· Salesforce certification will be a plus.
