As a Product Analyst, you will work with clients and service delivery teams to design, build, and configure healthcare performance tools and software applications.
This includes working with clients to understand requirements, translate client needs, and effectively organize and execute the implementation effort to ensure on-time delivery.
Our clients include hospitals and health systems, collaborative quality initiatives, and professional societies across various health specialties.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of their web applicationsBuild, configure and update user interfaces to meet client-specific needsGather and document client business requirements/technical specificationsWork cross functionally with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Report Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Integration Engineers, and DevelopersTest solutions for quality assurance and validate client requirementsManage Salesforce cases from assignment through execution, testing and internal/external communicationProvide technical support across multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Health Informatics, Information, Operations Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or Computer Science majors preferred)Demonstration of strong problem-solving skillsRecord of academic and/or business achievementAbility to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on multiple projectsExceptional attention to detailOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirementsSkills

This position is open to residents of the U.S. living in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 USD annually.
