We are looking for a Healthcare Professional Partner/Key Account Manager - Osteoporosis to cover the area from Göteborg to Skåne (south/east part of Sweden). About the role
As the Healthcare Professional Partner Osteoporosis, your primary role will be to shape and create partnerships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders, implementing optimal omni-channel solutions. You will develop a broad and deep network of relationships within your assigned area, including Healthcare Professionals and nurses. As the Healthcare Professional Partner Osteoporosis the essential base of your role will be to shape and create partnerships with wide range of customers and stakeholders as well as implementation of optimal omni-channel solutions. You will facilitate the development of a broad and deep network of relationships within your own assigned area that will include both Healthcare Professionals and nurses. You will also work across key accounts to build collaborations and networks within the health ecosystem to drive change and improve the lives of osteoporosis patients by identifying the right patient solutions for our therapeutic options in the osteoporosis area.
Who you will work with:
In this role you will work with the wider commercial organization to develop and execute commercial strategies in your own area. And provide and develop best practices from the wider UCB and within the Bone team. You act as single point of contact for Healthcare Professionals by applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and applying the right resource at the right time, and work closely with the Bone cross functional team with the goal to identify the right patient solutions within the field of Bone. And externally you build strong external customer and stakeholder relationships within the Bone area. You report to the Nordic Osteo Lead
What will you do:
You have the responsibility of your area and drive sales of UCB productDrive patient value projects with key healthcare stakeholders to lift the management of Osteoporosis diseases patients in Sweden and patient access to UCB productTailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferencesDefines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibilityAs part of a multidisciplinary team coordinate stakeholder management in a community based environment through two-way interactions with HCPs helping them to provide optimal careEstablishes strong business relationships with HCPs within assigned territoryMatching of UCB therapeutic options via a deeper understanding of targeted HCPs patient population by deploying a tailored approach (communication and tools) and solutions

Bachelor’s Master's degree preferred in Life ScienceExperience with scientific product differentiationStrong (strategic) account management and relationship building skillsEager to apply and/or experience with digital customer engagementLaunch experience from the pharmaceutical industryExperience within osteoporosis & immunology areas is an advantageExperience of working with digital solutions is an advantageAbility to establish successful networks, teamworkExcellent communication skills (Swedish + ENG written & spoken)
