Respond and assist with billing, technical, policy, and FOIL questions via phone and email regarding the tax 2. Enter and review information in a database 3. Create “billings” for late/non-payment, draft notices, recoupment letters, and attorney general referrals. 4. Monitor cash flow and develop projections 5. Create processes and procedures for the administration of the tax. 6. Perform various research and analysis functions for the tax. 7. Database experience is a plus. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree + 2 years' experience _*Employees must follow established work schedules. The usual work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified by the supervisor, this includes a half hour unpaid lunch break.
