We are seeking to add an experienced  Healthcare Recruiter to our Southern California team. This is a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the highest quality healthcare service talent to provide excellent care to our patients. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the management of the Recruiting Manager:

Sourcing, identifying, screening, calling, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for vacant clinical and staff job positions.Reviewing resumes or curriculum vitae.Utilizing job boards, such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc., to source, sort, and produce qualified candidates for hiring consideration.Utilizing computer-based systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Email, and basic MS Office functions.Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and referral calls to generate viable candidates.Screen resumes to shortlist applicants based on professional and personal credentials.Conduct screening interviews via telephone or web-based meetings to ensure candidates are qualified and interested before presenting to hiring managers for interview.Scheduling face-to-face and virtual interviews with higher management.Negotiating total compensation and benefit offerings in consultation with higher management.Generating and submitting  regular reports to the Recruiting Manager on the status of candidate pipelines.Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of the organization.Suggest innovative approaches to optimize recruitment policies, processes, procedures.Arrange marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company websites, social media, professional journals, etc.Maintain awareness of trends in  the healthcare job market.Post and track open jobs to our  Applicant Tracking System and job boards. Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS.Participate in weekly recruiting meetings to maintain an accurate picture of hiring needsOther duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Must have at least two (2) years' experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator, within the Healthcare industry.Home Health and Hospice recruiting experience a plus.Proven experience and success in recruiting professional clinicians (RN, LVN, OT, PT, MSW, SLP).Knowledge and practical experience with mining databases (Indeed, LinkedIn etc.).Direct experience using cloud-based Applicant Tracking Systems.Competency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.Comfortable communicating with candidates verbally and via a variety of media: text, email, phone, social media, Zoom, Teams etc.Minimum Education:  Associate degree.
