Healthcare Services Representative I – Contact Center

Responsibilities

Schedules appointments in a prompt and courteous manner utilizing a PC. Confirms appointments and handles cancellations in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Is able to problem solve for patients utilizing identified resources. Provides comprehensive service to facilitate a resolution for any caller request. Acquires and maintains computer skills to effectively utilize applicable software.

Job Type: Full Time 


Salary Range: $35,240 - $43,535 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Technology Requirements

All candidates must have a Cable, DSL, or Fiber Internet Plan with 50 Mbps or higher Must have your own Desktop or Laptop Computer Windows 10 or higher Operating System for Windows Users Mac Users must have MacOS 10.15 Catalina or Higher

Qualifications


Education


Required: High school diploma


Preferred: N/A


Experience


Required: 1 year experience in a high volume contact center OR 1 year of customer service experience


Preferred: 2 years contact center or customer service experience with PC experience and knowledge of MS

Required: Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills

 

Critical thinking skills


Preferred: Insurance knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, POS EPOs and indemnity plans

 

Ability to exercise good judgment in a high-volume contact center while maintaining a professional attitude.
