Healthcare Solution Architect
CTG is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Healthcare Solution Architect** to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare workflows, clinical experience, and consulting solutions to design, implement, and optimize healthcare solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and ensure seamless integration across various systems. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare processes, including patient access, informatics, clinical and business workflows, and integration with leading platforms such as Epic, Salesforce, and AWS. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Solution Design & Architecture:** Design tailored healthcare solutions for our clients, ensuring that CTGs solutions provide optimized healthcare workflows (patient access, clinical, business, informatics, etc.) to deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance user experience for healthcare providers and patients. + **Consultative Approach:** Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess their needs, design and present customized solutions, and provide strategic guidance on best practices. + **Support** **proposal development** **:** Collaborate with internal teams in the development of comprehensive proposals, RFP responses, presentationsincluding financial analysis and solution models. + **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring that all delivered solutions meet their objectives, and provide ongoing support and optimization. + **Leadership & Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technology, delivery, and finance to ensure alignment and solution effectiveness. + **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with emerging healthcare trends, technology, and regulatory changes, and proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions. **Qualifications & Skills:** + **Clinical Experience:** A background in healthcare (e.g., nursing, clinical informatics, or other clinical roles) is highly preferred, providing firsthand insight into healthcare workflows, operational goals. + **Healthcare Solution Expertise:** Proven experience in consulting or solution architecture within the healthcare sector, with a solid understanding of key healthcare workflows (patient access, clinical processes, informatics, health equity strategies, etc.). + **Epic Integration:** Experience working with Epic and other supporting healthcare systems(e.g., AI, Digital Patient Experience, Analytics, Rev Cycle.) + **Consulting Experience:** Proven ability to work in a consulting capacity, gathering client requirements, presenting solutions, and leading system implementation. + **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:** Ability to diagnose complex issues, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with client business objectives. + **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate operational and technical concepts into actionable business strategies. + **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
