About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Referral Coordinator to join our team in Santa Barbara. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The Referral Coordinator will play a vital role in managing referrals, coordinating with providers, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and track incoming and outgoing referrals.Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Follow up on referral statuses and ensure timely appointments.Provide administrative support to the care coordination team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with healthcare or medical terminology is beneficial but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
