The PositionThis role is part of External Affairs and Market Access Department Roche Pharma Romania.
Based in Iasi, Romania.
Travel expected: 4 days/week.
Region to cover: Moldavia.
Once a month to travel to the Roche Romania Affiliate in Bucharest.
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) is an empowered leader and the local interface of Roche working closely with system-level healthcare stakeholders such as policy makers, regulators, and payers. Your focus will be on local customer facing initiatives, co-creating solutions and co-implementing them across the healthcare (HC) ecosystem, indirectly impacting outcomes for thousands of patients.

Engage and manage HC ecosystem stakeholders across multiple therapeutic areas
Drive HC system innovation initiatives and unlock possibilities to deliver value for the HC system, society and Roche organization as a key player
Co-design and implement improvements of business value by initiating and/or identifying innovative opportunities for continuous enhancement and/or increasing the competitive advantage of the business
Drive expertise and and resources locally and from the network as needed, including in collaboration with other HSPs and Patient Journey Partners
Share the stakeholder community vision and value internally, prioritize and secure resources, and drive solutions that deliver outcomes faster
Live and demonstrate through your work and mindset the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) capability model, acting as a catalyst and coach externally and internally
Monitor, explore and leverage broader trends and patterns in healthcare systems whilst collaborating with colleagues internally and/or with external stakeholders
Bring outside insights into Roche to influence local business strategy and bring our expertise, science and knowledge out to the ecosystem
Who You Are
You hold an University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree), an advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus
You have more than 5 years experience in roles similar to key account manager or regional market access manager
Experience within Oncology/Hematology/Neurology therapeutic areas is desirable
You have deep understanding of healthcare system, processes and governance
You hold excellent customer engagement and management skills
You have strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence
You are Fluent in local language and proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise
Broad understanding of company's portfolio and future pipeline
System thinker and deep listener
A sensitive leader, who senses, reflects and responds
Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable
You have the ability to manage complex projects and „Roll-up sleeves“ attitude towards new challenges
Business travel availability
Valid driving license, B category, mandatory
