The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Healthcare System Sales Lead, the Healthcare Systems Development Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the delivery of added value initiatives for the Business Unit, focused on delivering locality/customer specific tailored resources and support to our key strategic accounts.
The Healthcare Systems Development Manager will work cross functionally at all levels of seniority, influencing both key internal and external stakeholders, to identify and implement strategically aligned value add opportunities focussed on delivering outcome benefit for both Viatris and key strategic accounts.

INDIVIDUAL
Generate and analyse market insights to identify opportunities to add value to both Viatris and our strategic accounts through tailored, specific resource and support development, in line with Customer First ethos and initiatives.
Understand the key needs of our Strategic Customers, and develop aligned Customer First value add strategies, working cross functionally with our Business Managers and Regional Business Leads to deliver demonstrated value to both organisations.
Utilise a data driven approach to identify areas of opportunity inc. areas of unmet need and healthcare inequality for customers and Viatris.
Work cross functionally with key internal inc. RBL / external stakeholders to project manage and lead the implementation of the agreed initiatives.
Build and develop strong understanding of ICS, ICB, PCN priority drivers as well as network of key ICS, ICB, PCN stakeholders in order to deliver value added projects at network level.
Have a clear focus on measuring the impact and performance of all projects, optimising value for the businesses, identifying opportunity to scale across the Viatris customer base.
Remain agile, and adaptable, ensuring that plans remain relevant and aligned to both customer needs and the external environment.
To be compliant with all procedures and documentation to ensure no breaches in compliance.
SHARED
Develop strong internal and cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders facilitating teamwork and sharing of information and best practice to help support the development of business opportunities.
Build a strong external network to identify market insights and support the development of relevant business opportunities.
Scale projects and value add across like-for-like ICS, ICB, PCN organisations nationally.
Work as part of the BU Commercial to develop a customer growth strategy aligned to the Customer First ethos, driving commercial performance and strategic partnership.
Work cross functionally and cross BU with the Sales Team, Marketing Teams, Medical Team and the Healthcare Transformation Team to identify and implement innovative concepts to ensure future market needs and changes are met.
