The Position

Healthcare Systems Partner role operates in partnership with the HSE & HSCNI at a system level, as well as forming strategic partnerships outside of state-sponsored healthcare, to create an environment that maximises patient access to the existing and future targeted Roche high medical value products.

You will be responsible for:

Relationships

Identify, build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key, organisations and networks within an ICS/ICB in order to deliver Roche Diagnostics strategic goals and objectives

Tailor and deliver value propositions based on excellent insight and deliver sustainable customer solutions for all decision-making customers within Primary, Secondary & Community Care Systems in Ireland (ROI & NI) and relevant equivalent systems/bodies to unlock a larger available market and maximise uptake of targeted Roche high medical value products and deliver value to HSE, HSCNI and relevant care systems with their patients

Demonstrate excellent brand, disease, environmental knowledge and competence to deliver system value to our customers

Consistently develop key customer experts and advocates to maximise the appropriate use of our portfolio and benefits for patients

Operate with a multichannel mindset, demonstrating high capability and deployment of digital technology and channels, to further enhance customer experience, maximise colleague efficiency and ensure optimal patient access to our portfolio

Access

To create an environment that ensures maximum access, uptake, and enhanced patient experience of the Roche Diagnostics high medical value portfolio across Ireland

To work with local Irish healthcare networks and their local health economies to develop and implement business plans to grow the available market, secure funding and service provision for the usage of the Roche Diagnostics high medical value portfolio

Ensure patient access to our current and future high medical value portfolio through optimal and appropriate positioning/ prescribing in relevant areas including patient pathways, formularies and guidelines

Support HCPs and payer customers in the development the blueprint of patient-pathway and service redesign to drive patient diagnosis and treatment for existing and future high medical value portfolio


Collaboration

Provide an unrivalled approach to collaborating and optimising synergies within Primary, Secondary & Community Care Systems in Ireland, OneRoche and customer networks

Your Profile

Qualifications

Educated to a Degree-level or equivalent 

Qualification or Eligibility for Qualification in RHC Strategic Consultancy 

Full IRL driving license

Travel required, nationally and Globally  when required

Experience

Proven experience in a business function  (sales, business/market development) in the healthcare industry or similar solution based industry .

Proven track record of adopting a  challenger sales approach.

Evidence of track record managing multiple sales cycles and prioritising under pressure  in a rapidly changing dynamic environment.

Experience in managing the fast-paced growth environment as well as mature established business segments.

Evidence of building productive customer relationships leading to positive and sustainable outcomes.

Skilled in fostering a cross functional/matrix team environment with internal and external stakeholders.

Established in negotiating commercial contracts.

Evidence of driving innovative business delivery model in healthcare.

Evidence of track record managing Multiple 3rd Party interactions to build a solution for the customer, understanding there strategy and solution and how it interacts and plays it parts in the overall solution during  multiple sales cycles and prioritising under pressure  in a rapidly changing dynamic environment.

Knowledge/Skills:

Tenacious and resilient with a demonstrated ability to acquire new business within complex and multi-layecred customer organisations.

Solid go-to-market instincts to feed information back from the field to marketing, access and innovation and sales leadership.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to recognise trends and customer dynamics within the healthcare setting.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Clear understanding of the public procurement tender process.

Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.

Willing to learn and be challenged, self driven and motivated, capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve management support.

Strong negotiation and problem solving skills backed up by a solid analytical capability and excellent communication/presentation skills.

Teamplayer in a matrix with the ability to influence team member activities without direct authority and across internal functions to achieve objectives.

Coach: builder of people’s skills and mindsets that enable success by acting as a role model and coach, with a willingness to be coached. Asks powerful questions and provides feedback, fostering continual learning across the organisation.

Fluent in English language, written and oral.

Demonstrate Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
