Healthcare Value Portfolio Analyst
**Job Description** We are seeking a Healthcare Value Portfolio Analyst to join the Strategic Planning and Performance team in our Healthcare Division. In this dynamic role, you will actively analyze, manage, and provide tactical and strategic expertise to the Healthcare (HC) Division and Healthcare Value (HCV) portfolio(s) of initiatives and projects. You will assist in the development of processes, standards, policies, and templates as necessary to support the HC/HCV portfolio(s) management function. **What You'll Do** + Perform portfolio planning, analysis, resource (capacity and demand) forecasting and/or budget planning + Ensure all projects and initiatives adhere to approved processes + Contribute to the development of project and program business cases, with careful understanding of customer requirements + Analyze business cases for validation of projected costs, benefits, and impacts + Prepare status reports and presentations regarding portfolio health and/or status + Monitor projects to ensure realized business value and to help identify and manage portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies + Communicate problems, issues, risks, solutions, etc. both via written and oral methods to stakeholders and applicable leadership + Assess customer/client satisfaction through direct feedback/evaluation + Collaborate with others in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on solutions to improve enterprise efficiencies. + Serve as a resource for project and portfolio management tools and methodologies **What You Bring** + Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) + 3+ years of experience in related field. + In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field. **What You’ll Get** Blue Cross NC is truly a great place to work – and we have the hardware to prove it. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
