The HealthPATH Internship Coordinatoroversees HealthPATH’s HEAL after-school internship programandprovides administrative and logistical support forother HealthPATHinternships. The Internship Coordinator leads health career internships for high school students, including delivery of program curriculum and daily supervision of interns. They also provide operational support for HealthPATH internships, including outreach to schools, managing the application process, on-boarding, and student tracking. **DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification. 1. Daily supervision of high school interns enrolled in the HEAL after-school internship program. 2. Deliver instructional curriculum on health career exploration, professionalism, and other topics. 3. Work with youth to support their success in the HEAL after-school internship program. 4. Assist HealthPATH managers with curriculum design and development. 5. Administer intern application and intakeprocess. 6. Oversee logistics and prepare materials for parent and internorientations. 7. Process health clearances forinterns. 8. Prepare instructional materials for internshipprograms. 9. Oversee administrative arrangements for intern programs, including room reservations, Audio/Visual equipment, Environmental Services Forms, IT requests, catering, etc. 10. Perform data entry into HealthPATHdatabase. 11. Track student attendance and oversee record-keeping for internshipprograms. 12. Answer phones asneeded. 13. Inventory,order, and manage officesupplies. 14. Performs other duties asassigned. _Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying._ **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Required Education: Bachelor’s degreerequired. Preferred Education: Degree in education, community development, or other health related fieldpreferred. Preferred Experience: Two-three years in non-profit or public sector program administration; Classroom teaching or direct service experience working with youth.
