Job Description: Application Support Analyst – HealthTouch Dietary Management System (Contract, Fully Remote)
Are you an IT professional with a strong background in systems and IT support? Do you have experience working with clinical IT systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms? If so, we’re looking for an Application Support Analyst specializing in the HealthTouch Dietary Management System. This fully remote, contract position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare environment. The candidate must be willing to support tickets within the Pacific Time Zone and possess direct experience with the HealthTouch system.
+ Key ResponsibilitiesHealthTouch System Support: Serve as the primary contact for resolving technical issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring optimal functionality of the HealthTouch Dietary Management System.
+ Ticket Resolution: Monitor and respond to support tickets within the Pacific Time Zone service hours, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for resolution times.
+ Clinical IT System Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for various clinical IT systems, including EMRs, ensuring smooth integrations and functionality.
+ User Training and Documentation: Assist end users with system-related inquiries, deliver virtual training sessions as needed, and maintain up-to-date documentation and resources.
+ Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with teams across the organization, including IT, nutrition services, and clinical staff, to identify and address applications or systems-related challenges.
+ Incident Reporting: Escalate and track complex issues with software vendors and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
+ Preferred Qualifications/Technical Experience: Proven expertise supporting the HealthTouch Dietary Management System in a professional environment.
+ IT/Clinical Background: Experience in systems and/or IT support, with strong exposure to various EMR systems and other clinical IT solutions.
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.
+ Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams in a virtual setting.
+ Time Zone Coverage: Availability to respond within Pacific Time Zone business hours to meet organizational needs.
+ Minimum Requirements3+ years of experience in IT systems or application support, with a focus on healthcare solutions.
+ Demonstrated hands-on experience with the HealthTouch Dietary Management System (mandatory).
+ Familiarity with other clinical systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar EMRs).
+ Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fully remote setting.
+ Contractual flexibility to provide support for the duration of the project.
