Job SummaryHealthyLifetime is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Management Lead to join our team. This role focuses on B2B sales, involves direct selling of services to key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with extensive experience in sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
This is intended as a full-time term-limited position but will start as a part-time 50% position based on HL organization development. Due to the source of salary funding, support for this position will end if/when the Healthy Lifetime program ends.
Negotiation and Agreements: Lead the pursuit and negotiation of agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Develop strategies for successful deals and collaborate with internal teams to finalize agreements that align with organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Regularly check in with clients, provide updates on progress, and document the status of the sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop effective sales plans and strategies, create compelling proposals and presentations, and conduct program demonstrations. Tailor solutions based on customer needs and deliver impactful presentations to drive sales.
Market Positioning and Analysis: Assist in creating sales materials that clearly communicate the value proposition of the HL program. Work with the executive team to shape and refine market positioning, and regularly report on market trends, business opportunities, and customer/partner feedback. Work ScheduleBetween 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; may include some occasional weekend and/or evening hours. Currently, this position has the option to be hybrid/remote will be reviewed annually per the university and School of Nursing policy.
