Job Summary The Pediatric Heart Center Director is responsible for financial, budgetary and clinical operations, strategic planning and implementation, programmatic development and expansion, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, facility and space planning, management and supervision of assigned team members, physician practice administration, and relationship development with internal and external stakeholders. The Heart Center Administrative Director works in partnership with the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology, Chief of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery, SVP of Operations for SCPA and the Chief Operating Officer to manage the financial and clinical operations for the cardiac service line (pediatric Heart Center clinics, pediatric non-invasive cardiology imaging, pediatric stress lab, pediatric device clinic, pediatric cardiac/electrophysiology laboratory, etc.). The service line leader supports and serves as a liaison between St. Christopher's Heart Center and referral programs. This position integrates the operating goals and objectives of the assigned service line departments with patient and family care, teaching, research and outreach for the Heart Center. #LI-AH1 #STC Qualifications Relevant experience in cardiac care and operations. This position has dual resposibility of hospital and practice operations. RN experience in cardiac care is a plus. Strong leadership skills with an ability to develop strategy but pivot to being tactical as needed.
