The position requires the individual to be detail-oriented and skilled with using hand tools, soldering equipment and testing instruments In addition, you will: + Perform tasks such as soldering, wiring, and component installation with precision. + Conducts quality checks on assembled components to ensure they have the proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts as needed + Identify and report any assembly issues or discrepancies to supervisors or engineers. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and best practices. + Maintain accurate records of work performed. + Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. + Continuously seek opportunities to improve assembly processes and efficiency. **Your skills set:** **We are looking for individuals that have the right skill set as well as the right attitude.
