You will also: + Assemble electrical heater panels and wire harnesses according to schematics and technical specifications + Read and interpret wiring diagrams and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly + Perform precise cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering of wires and cables + Check assemblies for proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts and components as required + Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality and functionality + Rework faulty systems or module assemblies, replacing parts if necessary + Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations + Document and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the assembly process + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and quality standards + Continuously improve assembly techniques and processes for efficiency and accuracy **Your skills set:** **We are looking for individuals that have the right skill set as well as the right attitude.
