Direct Hire position$28.00 to $42.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Performs visual inspection on all vehicles assignedDocuments and communicates all diagnosis and repairs correctlyEnsures that customers' vehicles are treated with the upmost respect regarding cleanliness and test drives (has CDL Class A/B)Reports all safety concerns to managementParticipates in any training either company provided or individualDiagnose and repair all malfunctionsExhibits understanding and can repair electrical issuesExhibits understanding and can repair HVAC issuesExhibits understanding and can repair air brake system issuesExhibits understanding and can repair suspension issuesExhibits understanding and can repair cab and chassis issuesExhibits understanding and can repair all drivetrain issuesExhibits leadership abilities to assist lower-level techs with repairs and diagnosisHeavy Duty A/B Tech Qualifications:
5-10+ years Heavy-duty experience - all essential dutiesCDL Class A/B LicenseClean driving recordAssist all techs when neededAssist Service Manager in employee managementLead by exampleCarries yourself in a manner conductive to shop standardsApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
