The Heavy Duty Repair Network Manufacturing Engineer is the technical support and reference for the Shops Network to create, modify and identify improvement projects to enhance check form, preliminary and final report for customers. Main scope is to create new check form aligned to REI, maintain updated the existing ones, align the report content to customer need following our standard end intellectual property policy.

As Heavy Duty Repair Manufacturing Engineer Operational Support you will be responsible for :

Support HD Repair Network on create new standard check form according to REI when the check forms are not presentSuggest a modification and /or optimization of the existing check form and reportModify the existing check form to continue to maintain aligned the content to the new or revised REI.Understand, analyze, and identify critical point on check form to define area of improvement leveraging on Shops best practice and different expertise maintaining focus on standardization across Network, HSE, Quality and ProductivityImprove the alignment of check form and router to simplify the use by operatorIdentify component by component opportunity for check form improvement, develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycle times.guarantee the completeness of information for the operator considering the content of the package composed by check form, router and work instructionImprove the content of the report from scope of work point of view but also content required by customer, improve the translation, general content of the report considering the various feedback and not least the layout with the final scope to increase the Customer satisfactionSupport and guide the Shops of Network to use the check form and report web tool.reference for the IT team for resolution and implementation of new features

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a mechanical engineering or accumulated experience in operationAbility to interpret drawings, technical specification & other design details as indicated on construction drawing (like geometric dimension and tolerance)Prior mechanical / electrical systems design, operation and modeling experience or equivalent experience as Manufacturing Engineer\Specialist is preferred.Must be able to interact successfully with Shop Manufacturing Engineers and work well within & between teams.Ability to work in team and in complex environment through connecting and engaging different functionsGood knowledge of HSE fundamentalsGood knowledge of Baker Hughes productsSolid oral and written communication skillsStrong communication and influencing skills;Clear thinker, problem solving skills along with process improvement driven mindset;Fluent English (written and spoken);EU Work Permit.
