Heavy Equipment Mechanic What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment for our fleet department nationwide. What you’ll do: + Repair and maintain heavy equipment including trucks, large foundation drilling rigs, and other support equipment. + Assure that heavy equipment is in working order. + Respond to and communicate with internal customer requests for service. + Manage and mentor mechanics as needed. What we offer: The hourly pay for this role is between $32.00 - $55.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This is a union position and provides union benefits. This job-specific task list covers only the most important job duties.
