Essential Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevityInspections: Perform thorough inspections of equipment to identify and report any necessary repairsFuel/Service Truck Operations: Safely and efficiently operate fuel/service trucks to support equipment operationsInventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of service kits, lubricants, oils, and other suppliesCoordination: Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate equipment service activitiesSupport: Provide assistance to mechanics during equipment repairsCommunication: Maintain effective and professional communication with all team membersSafety Leadership: Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and regulatory safety standardsQualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in heavy equipment maintenanceKnowledge of parts and servicing of Cat, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment.Valid photo identificationMSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal ticket (training and support provided if needed)Work Conditions:
Ability to work overtime as business requiresAbility to work various shifts due to project operating 24/7 and 365 days out of the yearAdditional Information
