**Now Hiring Heavy Equipment Operator Near Cologne, MN** **$42k-$60k DOE** **Job Description** Candidates will be operating heavy equipment for farms and agricultural locations in the area. The main equipment that they will be operating includes, but is not limited to, sprayers, floaters, and payloaders. During the busy farming season, candidates will be out in the field operating equipment and assisting farmers with the spraying of their crops. During the winter months, they will primarily work in the shop performing maintenance on equipment, fixing the equipment, undertaking projects around the facility, and general upkeep. This role is within an agricultural company that works closely with local farmers. The work environment includes fieldwork during the farming season and shop work during the winter months.
